    Conjunto brushless bk micro+Feigao 9l+ cable VENDIDO

    Hola!

    Pues eso, que vendo un controlador BK serie micro 3695.
    Es este http://www.bk-electronics.com/catalo...roducts_id=352

    Regalo el cable para poder programarlo desde el ordenador. Se puede modificar un montón de parámetros: aceleración, avance, freno, suavizar marcha atrás....
    También se pueden programar las funciones básicas usando la emisora
    También incluyo un feigao 9L como regalo.
    También regalo un U-bec 5V/6V.
    Y, por si fuera poco, también regalo un disipador aluminio con ventilador 3razing.

    El conjunto está muy bien y funciona a la perfección.
    Está todo instalado. Tiene ultra deans soldados

    El precio es 200€ con portes a parte.

    Hola,

    Físicamente no lo lleva porque no voy con lipos.
    El caso es que habría que ver si se puede programar el corte usando el cable.

    A ver si lo miro mañana cuando llegue del curro

    pues parece ser que tiene un corte de tensión genérico, no sólo para lipos.
    Recuerdo que una vez dejé el coche encendido unas horas por error después de haber rulado y las bates aún tenían carga y no sufrieron una descarga profunda.

    Míra, esto es lo que he encontrado:
    when accelerating, the current can be so high, that the Voltage from the batteries drops down below the controller’s low Voltage limit, and thus the controller shuts the motor off.

    Y aquí va todo lo que se puede hacer (perdón por el ladrillo)

    Mitte [Center] Here you set the neutral (center) position of the throttle stick when the motor is at stop.

    Weg [100% Throttle] This parameter controls how long the throttle stick has to be moved to reach 100% throttle or brake.

    Modus [Brake/Reverse Mode] One can choose from the following three modes:
    • ”mit Freilauf” means forward motion without brake.
    • ”mit Bremse” means forward motion with brake.
    • ”mit Rückwärts” means that reverse motion is possible.

    Motor Reverse [Motor Rotation] This parameter sets the rotational direction of the motor.

    Expo - Stellweg [Exponential Throttle] This parameter sets exponential throttle on or off. When it is off, the controller uses linear throttle.

    Turbo Timing [Turbo Timing] Here one can disable the automatic [Motor Timing] option. Default is automatic timing on. If the run time is a bit on the short side, and the motor is not used at its maximal power, one can get about 6% more run time. The rpm also gets about 6% lower.

    Observe, that if the motor is running at its power limit, never turn off Turbo Timing, as the maximum power limit is decreased, and the motor can be overloaded.

    This option is only used by controllers whose version number is V1.31 to V1.36. Newer versions (from V1.37) of the software can set the timing in one degree steps, and thus do not need this option. More information under [Motor Timing].


    Slow Power [Slow Power] This parameter prevents the motor from having spasmodic behavior (cogging) at startup when the motor has high inductance, and is loaded with high currents.
    The LMT 2240/14 motor is such a high inductance motor.

    This parameter also lowers the controller’s rpm limit by about 15%. For controllers that are operating at 24 MHz (HW = 2), this option is on by default, as the rpm redline is higher.

    When setting this parameter from off to on, there will be a alert window saying that this parameter is only to be turned on when the motors is spinning lower than 20 000 rpm (2 pole motor) at load, and that the rpm limit will be lowered by 15%.

    Car Modus [Car Mode] This option optimizes the controller for car applications.

    Anlaufschutz [Startup Protection] This parameter set this feature on or off. This feature is especially useful for car models, as they mostly use 6 cells, and when accelerating, the current can be so high, that the Voltage from the batteries drops down below the controller’s low Voltage limit, and thus the controller shuts the motor off. Controllers that have a BEC built in may need to have this feature on.

    Anlauf Zeit [Full Throttle Delay] This is the time needed for the motor to go from zero speed to maximum speed. A useful application for this feature is when one wants to limit the acceleration of hydro or mono boats, or when wanting to lower stress on a gearbox.

    Auslaufzeit [Max to Min Throttle Time] This is the time needed for the motor to go from 100% throttle to zero. The brake time (0-100% brake) is also affected. Useful for lowering stress on model air plane gear boxes.

    Max. Bremse [Maximum Brake Time] This is the time it takes for the controller to brake the motor from 0 - 100 % brake. Just to move the throttle stick to about 10% brake position is enough. The brake is not continuous anymore, but is more like on-off.

    Motor Timing [Motor Timing] With the feature Auto Timing it is possible to alternate between manual and automatic timing. This is a feature available on controllers that have controller software V1.37 or later. This makes it possible for customers to fine tune their applications.

    You can use this feature to get some more running time. By changing the timing one can change the rpm up to 6% (0 – 30 degrees).

    Note that the higher the timing is set, the higher the rpm is. and the higher the idling current is. The maximum possible power is also higher. Thus, the efficiency at lower loads is decreased.

    If the controller is operating at its maximal rpm, it is an advantage to set the timing to 30 degrees. The rpm limit is then higher. With motors that have four or more poles, it is an advantage to set the timing to 30 degrees.

    Motors that are operating at their maximum power, need to have more advance timing to reach their optimum efficiency.

    For applications where the motor is operating at the motor’s lower power handling, it is better to reduce the timing.


    Anlaufhilfe [Startup Help] This parameter affects the way the controller starts the motor up. Usually, the setting ”Normal” is good for all applications.

    All controllers without BEC sets this parameter automatically (from controller software version V1.33). The setting from the programming software is then ignored.

    At higher Voltages (20 – 30 cells) it is better to set this parameter to ”Min” as the motor will then start more smoothly.

    At lower Voltages (6 – 8 cells) and with motors with very low resistance, it is better to set this parameter to ”Max”.

    Do not use the ”Max” setting with 20 – 30 cells, as this might overload the controller.

    Setup [Setup] Here the parallel port to be used is set. The available ports are shown. Choose one, and then press the button ”Fertig” (Done) or the button ”Abbruch” (Cancel).


    Servotester [Servo Tester] With this feature it is easy to quickly try out the controller without the receiver/transmitter.

    It is also easy to test a servo with this feature. In this case the center position pulse is 1.5 ms long, and this pulse can be varied +- 1 ms.

    These default values can be changed in the file KOLOPROG.INI. This file is created when the parallel port is set using the [Setup] feature.

    E.g. for a multiplex servo the INI-file can be changed to:

    Mitte = 1.600
    Weg = 0.340

    When one click on this button, a new window appears. There it is easy to set the different pulse values. ”Fertig” means ”OK”, and Aus-Position means ”Off Position”.

    Initialisieren [Initialize] With this feature you can restore the factory default settings. A warning window will be shown that says that all programmed parameters will be lost.

    If the controller gets wet, it might loose its settings. Before the controller is sent to be repaired, initialize the controller.

    Load [Load] This command loads pre-stored settings from files on disk.

    Note: The loaded settings must be programmed into the controller by using the command [Program].

    Save [Save] This command saves settings to a file on disk. The file names can only contain letters and numbers, and the maximum file name length is eight characters.

    Programmieren [Program] With this button all made/loaded changes can be programmed into the controller. After all settings have been written to the controller, a check is made to ensure that all settings were correctly changed.

    After this button is pressed, the information line shows ”Daten schreiben..” (Data is being written..), and when all data is sent, the information line shows ”Daten schreiben.. OK!”

    Endstufetest [Power Output Stage Test] With this feature the power output stage can be tested.

    Note: If one needs to connect motor batteries (controller with BEC for example), it is necessary to limit the battery current with for example a light bulb or a resistor, as if the power output stage is faulty the motor batteries might be short circuited.

    The motor must be easy to rotate and connected to the controller. During the test, the motor phases are short circuited one after another. During the test the motor batteries are never connected to the controller. Only if the power output stage is faulty, there might be a connection to the motor batteries. That is why the motor batteries must be current limited.

    After having pressed the ”Endstufetest” button, a window pops up saying that the motor must be able to rotate freely and must be connected to the controller. If this is the fact, press the ”OK” button.
    The three motor phases will now be short circuited one after another. All in all six tests will be performed. Three for the LO-side, and three for the HI-side.
    These tests need the user to rotate the motor shaft and feel how smoothly the shaft rotates. The program will instruct the user what do to according to the following pop-up windows:
    • ”Motor muss sich ganz leicht drehen lassen” means that the motor shaft shall be easy to rotate. Check this, and press the ”OK” button.
    • ”Motor muss sich ganz leicht ruckelnd drehen lassen” means that the motor shaft shall be uneven in strength to rotate. Check this, and press the ”OK” button.
    • ”Motor muss sich gleichmässig schwer drehen lassen” means the is shall be hard to rotate the motor shaft. Check this, and press the ”OK” button.

    That was for the LO-side. The same tests will be done for the HI-side too. A final pop-up window says that all tests have been performed. Click the ”OK” button when you are finshed.

    If the motor behaves as it should according to the tests, the power output stage should be fully operational.

    Fertig [Quit] Quits the program.
